Monthly Rentals in Lake of the Woods

It was a lovely home, loved the open space 1st level, it was inviting and bright. The king sized beds in every room made sleeping very comfortable for couples and the mattress, sheets and towels were clean. The bunk beds were also nice to have in the upstairs bedrooms. The check in was flawless (from lockbox code to security check in) and your response time was very quick. I did want to mention the house needs a bit of TLC particularly the outdoor area, the grill however worked perfectly with plenty of propane gas! Inside the home, thank you for providing the necessities: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, etc. it definitely made staying at the house easier. Plenty of kitchenware and cooking supplies. Again some TLC but nothing major. Lastly, a “nice to have” would be a bigger tv in the living space and maybe some smart tv’s in the bedrooms. All in all the house was great and definitely provided a nice place for us to stay during my dad’s birthday. Thank you.

My family and I were very pleased with Eric and his lake house. It was perfect, clean, and very inviting. The home and location matched the pictures; in fact, it was better in person. Everything we wanted to do was there, we only went to the market. Eric was very attentive and when I had a question or a concern- he was quick to follow up and he was a great communicator. He responses were prompt and friendly. This meant everything to me. He did not act like a stranger; he welcomed us into his beautiful home. If I had my way, I'd still be there but work calls. I would highly recommend Eric and his lake house. I'm already talking to my husband about making plans to go back next year around the same time. If you're looking for a home beside the water with kayaks, grills, fire pit, and life jackets and close to beaches and most importantly a host who cares and will be attentive, check out this property and Eric. Was down for the Va state bass federation championship for lake Anna and Jackie’s Home didn’t disappoint! The driveway accommodated 3 bass boats along with our trucks! Very comfortable and slept great! 😉

This was the perfect long weekend get away we were looking for. The home is in great condition. The trees offer so much shade it was nice sitting on the deck during the day and for meals. Alfred is an excellent host, checking in while we were there. We enjoyed sitting by the water, relaxing in the hammock and walking the dogs around the neighborhood. Highly recommend for a relaxing get away!
