Lake house vacation rentals in Lake Buena Vista

It was a very nice home and plenty of room for the 9 of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool and game room, but the video game system did not work. It was very clean and insect free. It was a very nice neighborhood with beautiful views. We meet a very inquisitive racoon that was looking for food, but we didn't provide any and always made sure the garbage was secured. We named him Denny the Disgruntled Racoon. Recommended additions would be a blender. Also, make sure you bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and garbage bags if you plan staying here. Beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place!

This house had everything for our family to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation to Florida! To begin with, we asked if earlier check in was available. Howard assisted us with checking in a couple hours early, we were so excited. When we walked in the house smelled so nice and clean, and the pool was beautiful. We were surprised by the beautiful decorations , especially the cat pictures! We loved the idea of house shoes by the door, and it reminded us to take our shoes off inside. The house is right down the road from Walmart and Aldi, along with TONS of restaurants and shopping. Howard and Michael are kind and helpful, and so very responsive! The house was so quiet at night, we slept well every night and felt safe in the neighborhood. Thank you SO much for letting us stay here! The checkout was easy, and had clear directions.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless and exactly as described. Loved the high ceilings, they made the space feel open and airy. Check-in was super easy and flexible, which made everything smooth from the start. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a very good stay of several days in the accommodation. The location is ideal for getting to the various parks. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and matched the description, it was great.

Our hosts went above and beyond! The house was exactly as posted, family friendly and plenty to do! The host provided excellent customer service, very responsive, and accommodating! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent vacation!

We had a wonderful time! Easy 30 minute drive to Disney. Quiet neighborhood and the kiddos loved the pool! Host was very responsive before and during our trip! Having the crib and high chair for our baby was super helpful to save room in our packed car for the trip! Loved being able to do laundry and having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the master bath was a plus thank you so much! The pull-out mattresses under the kid twins bed was super helpful! Thank y'all so much!

The house was very nice and as described. We certainly enjoyed the pool and the arcade room with the pool table. Only issue we had was the wifi wouldn't really connect to the tv's so any kind of streaming from the tv's was difficult. Hopefully the owners will get this fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had plenty of room for all of us. The view was amazing outback. It was peaceful and quiet. Amanda and Trevor were very quick to answer any questions.

Great location with public pool and lots of stores nearby including a Target and Publix. Easy commute to the Disney parks. The house has an empty lot next door, so offered additional privacy and was great for our dog. House had tons of room, was super clean and beds were very comfy. The games upstairs were great, too. The hosts were also very responsive!

I live in Florida but I rented this place and choose this place and location to get my dad out of the house after my mom died he has been lonely and depressed lately and Maricels place made him feel at ease and at home and not in so much thought about my mom just his daughters and grandkids all under one roof and the fact that my dads chow chow could come was awesome as well. Since this was our second stay at Cozy Cove, that should tell you how much we enjoy staying there! The home is clean and well stocked, beds extremely comfortable and a quiet neighborhood. Monica is by far one of the best hosts to work with. After our first stay, I recommended a few minor updates I felt were needed, not knowing how a host would feel about that. Monica heard me and followed through with them. My only fear in giving a top notch review is that the next time we want to stay there it will be booked. If available book this beautiful home!

We stayed for apprx. 8 weeks while our new home was being readied . We could not have been happier with the choice . The pet friendly home with fenced yard was the perfect play area for our 1.5 year old German Shepard . The clean and sparkling pool was a great relaxing amenity for sure being the heat during the day was in the high 90's . The clean and safe neighborhood was great and we actually made friends with some of the neighbors . But most of all the proximity to Disney was our favorite we could be at any of the parks or Disney springs within 20 minutes or less or if we chose to dine in Celebration or any of the restaurants in Kissimmee it was again within 20 minutes . I highly recommend this location and would like to say Thank You to Michael and we will " See You Real Soon " as the mouse says >

I highly recommend this place if your looking to fall in love all over again. My husband and I was celebrating our 31 year's wedding anniversary 💕 we never had a honeymoon because we did not have any money working and going to school and taken care of 3 kids we never had time for each other. Now the kids are grown and the send us on a well deserved vacation. It was the best we really did enjoy ourselves it was private romantic and relaxing. I'll host Chandra was the best she made sure we was ok and if I needed anything she was very quick response.

Where do I start? We had a holiday of dreams here. We stayed as a family of 5 and we had the most amazing time. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the small touches are so thoughtful (dark towels for removing make up and a little box of goodies as you arrive). The rooms are all themed and they’re so cute, a lovely little touch. The pool area is perfect, it has a gorgeous patio for breakfast and plenty of sun beds. And the view - it is even better than the pictures. Apart from the house, the hosts were amazing. They reply instantly and were so accommodating. We had originally booked another villa as this was not available. The location is amazing, we had a family joke that we were never more than 15 minutes from anything (especially Disney) and it was the most perfect location! Thanks a lot guys, you made our holiday so, so special - what a magical place this is. If you’re debating booking a stay, book it now! I promise you won’t regret it.

Perfect location, only 20-30 minutes to all the major theme parks. Most enjoyable was the house, and the kids really enjoyed the waterpark, splash pad, lazy river and pool available at no cost. There is food and a tiki bar with all tropical drinks available. At night, we had our own private pool and hot tub, extremely relaxing, highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay for our Florida vacation! Tonya’s place was perfect. We enjoyed sunny days in the pool, playing pool and foosball, as well as all the amenities and space for a great stay. Highly recommended! We are hopeful to stay again. Centrally located yet still close to nature for the perfect relaxing stay. Fantastic family vacation 😊
