BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Such an amazing, cozy mini vacation—truly felt right at home! Mornings with coffee on the balcony were the perfect start to the day. The thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, especially the fan in the bedroom, made the stay extra comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, and watching the deer wander by was a real treat!

We had a great stay and will for sure be back! It was wonderful to have a place with so many amenities available! Perfect for our family of four, daughters ages 13 & 10, and so nice to be able to bring our small dog with us! We saw deer all the time which was fun and we really enjoyed some of the local spots to eat, especially the Italian restaurant! We also really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with our morning coffee and then watching the sunset, so peaceful!

My family and I came here for a peaceful and relaxing weekend, and it couldn’t have been better. The house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time together in the cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen. The lake was cool and refreshing, and our dog had a blast swimming in it! The only suggestion we have is to consider updating the chairs on the back patio. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We’ll definitely be returning for another visit!

Kara was an absolute gem. the place allowed us to make memories with the kids. it was spacious and perfect. it was hard to get my kiddos away from the gorgeous pool and hot tub. the deer were so friendly to. thank you Kara for great memories. My Lady and I celebrated our three year anniversary here for a week. Maya was a great host. Everything was listed as it was. The entrance also had some updates and she let us know. The view is very breathtaking and the house was very cleanly and welcoming for us. There are instructions on how to use most utilities in the house. (the stove was very nice and required some figuring out haha) The master bedroom has a TV that comes down from the ceiling using a remote. The area is very quiet. The patio has a grill and some tables to eat outside if you wish. Maya will let you know if any lawn care contractors will be coming to help clear brush, so critters don't make homes where you walk around. Overall this is a great place to stay. Not only for the amazing view and home, but you'll also be having a host that will make sure you're taken care of and will answer you promptly. 10/10. We would stay here again. Thank you again Maya

Becca’s cabin is adorable and comfortable with a beautiful backyard next to the lake. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 couples in the king and queen rooms with 4 kids in the room with 4 bunks. The home had everything we needed to cook and relax for 5 days. We kept our boat at the dock and enjoyed the lake each day. The backyard is serene and so big with plenty of seating and a fire pit. We spent so much time just hanging out, playing games and relaxing. When we got hot outside, it was so nice to take a break in the cool house. The hosts are so quick to respond and are super friendly and helpful. We hope to book here again!

The place was really nice. It had plenty of kitchen amenities, a really nice grill, and some nice floats and water toys in the boathouse.

This was an absolutely amazing Airbnb. I have stayed in a lot of them, and this was the cleanest most well stocked one. Cameron was very responsive to everything. The area was peaceful and every morning I got up and walked because I knew the area was safe and full of deer. If you’re looking for a quiet trip by the lake with easy kayaking right off your back deck and you can get up and drink coffee in the morning off the deck and watch the deer morning and night this is where you want to stay.

This was our first small family getaway with a baby & a 4 year old. We couldn’t have been happier and lucky to have found Holly’s condo. Everything we needed from home was already provided which made our trip that much easier. The sandy beach, pools, park, and board games kept everyone happy and busy the entire stay. And having a cozy patio/condo to go home to was perfect. We will definitely be booking this stay again.

Escape to the Hollows was the perfect place for a “staycation”. It was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve done. John was super responsive and friendly. When you stay there you want for nothing. You don’t need to bring anything other than your clothes and personal necessities. I’m already thinking of coming back to the Austin area for thanksgiving and Escape will be at the top of my list!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We most likely will be back and recommend others to stay here as well. The value was great for the place and view. There were a few minor wear and tears on items but we didn’t stay in the room long enough for it to affect our stay or opinion. I absolutely loved how spacious the balcony is, the seating areas, and the ability to see the pool and the lake at the same time. It was an amazing view. There were a few minor issues with plumbing in the garage but we weren’t near or at the room so honestly we wouldn’t have known anything about it if the host wouldn’t have communicated it. I believe this is a gem and I’ll definitely stay again.

This place is so cute and convenient! Everything was very clean and looked just like pictured. Easy to get into, super close to the pool and lake, and there are so many things on the resort to do (at an additional cost) within a 5 or so minute walk. Kitchen had so many different things to cook with and there’s a grill outside. The check out list is also easy to complete, as long as you know where the dishwasher switch is. Definitely recommend this place!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him!
