When we were searching for a rental home for my husband’s birthday we had quite a few boxes to check. Scott’s home met and exceeded every one of those. The views were great, we didn’t want to leave! It was really close to Spider Mountain where we shredded the trails. The home was super cozy, very tidy, and felt warm. We had everything we needed and the handy binder inside was helpful!

My Lady and I celebrated our three year anniversary here for a week. Maya was a great host. Everything was listed as it was. The entrance also had some updates and she let us know. The view is very breathtaking and the house was very cleanly and welcoming for us. There are instructions on how to use most utilities in the house. (the stove was very nice and required some figuring out haha) The master bedroom has a TV that comes down from the ceiling using a remote. The area is very quiet. The patio has a grill and some tables to eat outside if you wish. Maya will let you know if any lawn care contractors will be coming to help clear brush, so critters don't make homes where you walk around. Overall this is a great place to stay. Not only for the amazing view and home, but you'll also be having a host that will make sure you're taken care of and will answer you promptly. 10/10. We would stay here again. Thank you again Maya

Cecilia was a great hostess. The hostess with the "mostest." She was super responsive. The place was super clean. Very nice and quaint. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city (I live in Dallas) this is a great place to stay. Cecilia even put some snacks and ice in the fridge for us to take to the Spider Mountain Bike Park. They came in handy as it got a little hot in the afternoon. Will stay there again for sure. Peaceful respite - such a delight to relax on the deck or inside with a view of the water. Nearby Inks Lake SP and Longhorn Caverns SP make nice outings, too. The grill was clean and ready making it easy to enjoy the outside while cooking dinner. TIP: get your groceries before you arrive because you won’t want to leave!

Great house and the view was amazing. There wasn’t anything close but to do unfortunately and due to the lake being so low, there was no real lake access in the area. The only close food place down the street was closed the whole time we were there. House offered a lot and was very comfortable. There wasn’t anything close construction going on across the street and next door that took away from the peacefulness but that is no fault to the owners. We enjoyed ourselves with what we had. It was nice to just getaway. The pool and pool house was a hit with my kids. Overall it was a nice stay.

Jay's place was absolutely amazing. Very peaceful, clean, comfortable, easy to find and even has neighborhood park with pickle ball, pool and lake access. Close to lake Travis and Austin, but with a private and exclusive feel. The pool was amazing, but most of all the host was very responsive, respectful, friendly and accessible. It overall is a 5 star experience! I would definitely go back and I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful cabin on the lake! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated—everything felt warm and welcoming. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the deck and our evenings enjoying the fire pit under the stars. The location is peaceful and private, yet still close enough to Marble Falls or Kingsland to do something away from the cabin. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Every detail was well thought out.

Such an amazing, cozy mini vacation—truly felt right at home! Mornings with coffee on the balcony were the perfect start to the day. The thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, especially the fan in the bedroom, made the stay extra comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, and watching the deer wander by was a real treat!

I have high rating because although I had trouble finding and getting in, maybe others wouldn't so much. I think extra instructions on how to find the unit now quickly could help. I really wanted to Take a bath and most maybe wouldn't notice, everything looked clean... She offered so kindly to have to cleaned for me. she was very flexible and kind about letting me check out later. This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This place is so cute and convenient! Everything was very clean and looked just like pictured. Easy to get into, super close to the pool and lake, and there are so many things on the resort to do (at an additional cost) within a 5 or so minute walk. Kitchen had so many different things to cook with and there’s a grill outside. The check out list is also easy to complete, as long as you know where the dishwasher switch is. Definitely recommend this place!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.
