Cottage vacation rentals in Lake Barkley

A super cozy place for a weekend get away! It was quiet, peaceful, and clean. Check in and out instructions were straight forward and easy. We had a couples get away, but it would have been very easy to take our children there too! The hot tub and short walk to the lake were great bonuses!

A great quiet getaway free from distraction to be with the Lord and spend some time in prayer! The hot tub was a plus ( could have been a tad cleaner around it). A baby deer came to say hello to us and a turtle greeted us as we were leaving too!

Wow. This place was absolutely beautiful! It was definitely amazing it! We loved this place so much it felt just like home and it was very peaceful! The dock was so fun to fish off of, lots of room on the dock as well so bonus in my book! We’ve caught lots of fish so fishing definitely wasn’t a problem, we caught 3 huge catfish within one hour! Everything was nicely cleaned, the instructions on everything were very easy to understand! The hot tub was definitely my favorite part! We will definitely be recommending/revisiting!

A great place to get away! Was so peaceful and relaxing! A wonderful way to get away from everyday stresses. Got some of the best sleep of my life as well. The scenery was breathtaking!

what a beautiful cottage. we had everything we needed. the cottage is super clean, the view was incredible and it was so quiet and relaxing. Kelly always responded immediately We will definitely be back.

David was kind and accommodating. He gave us great suggestions on local dine and dives. His place was found as listed. David was kind to host us so that we could see our child throughout the day while we were at church camp. I would love to stay there again.

This was our second time staying at John’s place. We were traveling to visit family in Benton, which worked perfect for us. We enjoy the surroundings. It’s very peaceful. The deck is really nice to sit out on and look at the lake. It’s very clean inside and has all the amenities listed. John was very proactive in reaching out to us with changes that had been made to the property, assuring us that our reservation had not changed. I would recommend this property if in the area.

Very nice park. It is a large park with many units, but this cabin is in the back and we always felt comfortable and mostly secluded. I like that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Was not prepared to have to get soap and shampoo, but there was a dollar store nearby.

We had a great stay. Cabin was clean and quiet. Tony was very helpful and answered all my questions! Very kind and friendly. Definitely planning to come back with my husband who will LOVE fishing here!

This is a very affordable house considering all the amenities. Perfect for that fisherman in your life. My husband could walk to the back dock and throw in a pole, or troll around the lake in his own boat. A very convenient dock nearby. While he fished I enjoyed a Netflix binge and cooked in the kitchen.

Beautiful place that is quiet and peaceful. Loved spending time on the patio with the lake view. Saw two deer in the back and two small turtles out front. Great place to unplug and recharge.

We stay with Kim at least twice a year and have for the past 3-4 years. There is no better situation in Paducah. She is so friendly and guest oriented. The unit is immaculate with tremendous amenities/appliances. When we are on the road we feel so good knowing that a night at Kim's cottage is ahead of us!!

What an amazing little treasure we stumbled on to be able to rent this adorable lake house for the wk. The living room windows poured out a view of the lake and trees to make you feel like you never even had to leave the indoors to be outside. Looking out the windows made me feel like I was looking out of a tree house, and because the view from the windows, let you mingle from up high, you also got the pleasure to observe many different birds, accompanied by their beautiful singing. The house was lovely decorated inspiring one’s own imagination at home, The screened in porch on the side was amazing , loved drinking my coffee here right before dawn or dusk . The deck down below offered lots of room to spread out. Our son enjoyed all the wildlife, he especially loved all the frogs, turtles , and snails he found. Ron and Kathy were gems as hosts, definitely went out of there way to make you feel welcomed. Thanks again

A great place to get away! Was so peaceful and relaxing! A wonderful way to get away from everyday stresses. Got some of the best sleep of my life as well. The scenery was breathtaking!

We had a very nice relaxing time at the cabin. It was perfect for me and my husband and our Dutchess. Easy to find and great communication.

This is a lovely little place. Cottage is absolutely the best with an amazing view of Kentucky Lake. Hostess is literally clicks away. We made some great memories with our grandchildren. Would love to return.

This was a beautiful location, the home was very comfortable. The host was very polite and responsive. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a cabin on a river.
