Samuels place was nice and neat. He was very courteous and checked in on me daily to ask if I needed anything. Very nice guy with a nice place. The room has direct view of Lake Atitlan. The room has a comfy bed and a sofa.

Great place to stay! I would recommend it for its price point, location and nice host. Pros: - The host, Samuel, was extremely responsive and friendly. He offered lots of recommendations. - They proactively offered early check in. - Location is conveniently on the “tourist street” near the public boat docks, so it’s easy to get around. - Spacious living room. One of the rooms is also very spacious with modern AC. Cons: - Had water issues for about 90 minutes but Samuel resolved it quickly - Location means that it can be loud at night - Difficult to control shower temperature (there’s only cold, lukewarm and very hot)

As a solo traveller I felt very safe at Stacy’s place. It looked exactly like the photos and was incredibly close to the lanchas to town hop. I booked the private driver, Ronaldo, that Stacy recommended which was lovely as well, he was a safe reliable driver. There are other Airbnbs in the building so you don’t feel completely isolated. The hosts were extremely responsive so I never had an issue and didn’t have to wait long for a response. Shower and bathroom were clean and reliable. Gorgeous views of the lake, San Pedro was a great place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Juana's lake house and would have stayed longer had it not already been booked! The house is more beautiful than in the photos with views of the mountains from the kitchen, the balcony and the hallway. The house has lovely wooden touches and the bathroom was very clean with a hot shower and nice soap. The children loved to say hello to the lovely cat and pug who live there. They were very accommodating and allowed us to bring our luggage early and leave it until we left on the boat. I made the most of the location by joining the Spanish school across the road which was very convenient! Thank you for our stay!

Great place for a weekend away with my daughter. It’s about a 5 min walk to the lake where you can catch a boat to the other cities. We walked to the main part of town, which was about a 15-20 min walk and took a tuk-tuk on the way back, which we preferred. The place was clean and cozy and perfect for two. The host was very responsive when I had questions and let us leave luggage behind the LOCKED gate so we could go around town after check out without lugging it with us. I would stay here again. this little place was truly a delight and just as described. I will say the hot water is finicky, but as was mentioned it's technically not listed as an amenity due to potential power issues. And the roosters and stray dogs barking through the night came to be a hindrance to good sleep. But those aside, it's a lovely stay and I would certainly come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place. Super spacious, open plan, with a private rooftop also. Kitchen was equipped with basic amenities, and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Andrea was always quick to respond with any queries - we really enjoyed our stay! ⭐️

The place is beautiful with a stunning view! It was central to everything. Had a lovely stay. Johnny was very attentive, and answered questions very quickly. The shop owner below was fantastic aswell.

Very beautiful place with a beautiful view of the lake! Its a very cozy place and looks just like the pictures. The host was always responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner . I definitely recommend we had no issues at all!

It is steps from the pier, the house is very cozy and you feel surrounded by nature. In the morning I heard many birds. It was the most magical morning in years. Feeling only the birds, no other noise like cars or motorcycles, was what I valued the most. I really slept super comfortably

The only regret we had with my family was not staying there for longer. Omar and his helper were amazing at helping us get anything we needed. The apartment was so beautiful, the view was amazing as well. It is a great place to relax and have fun at the same time. The only thing that we had a problem with and it is NOT the host’s fault was that we didn’t have power until like 7pm and I believe the whole town didn’t have power either. But it was a great time overall. we only stayed one night and we already think that one WEEK won’t be enough to be there either!!! They helped us find a reasonable boat ride that even included a tour at San Juan La Laguna that was so fun! I cannot wait to go back to this place.
