Apartment vacation rentals in Lake Atitlán

Samuels place was nice and neat. He was very courteous and checked in on me daily to ask if I needed anything. Very nice guy with a nice place. The room has direct view of Lake Atitlan. The room has a comfy bed and a sofa.

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

As a solo traveller I felt very safe at Stacy’s place. It looked exactly like the photos and was incredibly close to the lanchas to town hop. I booked the private driver, Ronaldo, that Stacy recommended which was lovely as well, he was a safe reliable driver. There are other Airbnbs in the building so you don’t feel completely isolated. The hosts were extremely responsive so I never had an issue and didn’t have to wait long for a response. Shower and bathroom were clean and reliable. Gorgeous views of the lake, San Pedro was a great place to stay!

The place is beautiful with a stunning view! It was central to everything. Had a lovely stay. Johnny was very attentive, and answered questions very quickly. The shop owner below was fantastic aswell.

We had a really nice stay here! The location is perfect, very calm neighborhood but still only a few minutes away from the city center. We would definitely stay here again, if we come back to Lake Atitlan!

We absolutely loved our stay at Juana's lake house and would have stayed longer had it not already been booked! The house is more beautiful than in the photos with views of the mountains from the kitchen, the balcony and the hallway. The house has lovely wooden touches and the bathroom was very clean with a hot shower and nice soap. The children loved to say hello to the lovely cat and pug who live there. They were very accommodating and allowed us to bring our luggage early and leave it until we left on the boat. I made the most of the location by joining the Spanish school across the road which was very convenient! Thank you for our stay!

Both Alejandro and Enrique are super hosts! I initially booked an airbnb that said “front lake view” it was a disaster. This place is exactly as you see on the photos. Hosts go beyond to make you welcomed, they are responsive, kind. The place is comfortable, beautiful, fully equipped with all amenities. It’s walkable to the lake and main center area (like 5 mins) it’s safe and peaceful. You are better off staying here and avoiding some of the other Airbnb scams that label “front lake” and then you get there and it’s a construction site and cheaply built. This place is exactly as you see in the photos with incredible hosts! Would def stay again! Thank you! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place. Super spacious, open plan, with a private rooftop also. Kitchen was equipped with basic amenities, and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Andrea was always quick to respond with any queries - we really enjoyed our stay! ⭐️

The suite was situated up the hill from the main town so therefore the view was absolutely stellar. It was bright, open and clean and Hodges was very responsive when we had questions. It's possible to take a TukTuk up and down the road from the main town, or you can choose to hike the stairs. We just used the TukTuk when we arrived and left, due to our luggage, but did the stairs every other day just like the locals. We looked at it as great exercise that offset our chill time in the great coffee shops and restaurants. There are no window coverings, so its essential to bring an eye mask for the light and earplugs for the dogs and roosters at night. The suite is up in the locals part of town, so although there a lot of dogs in Guatemala, there are more in the locals area, along with, chickens and roosters. This is authentic Guatemala, and the locals and super friendly. They also appreciate your greetings (hola, buenos dias... etc) when passing by.

Stucio Rosas es un apartamento muy cómodo, con cocina completa, cama cómoda y con un pequeño jardín en frente para salir a tomar el sol. Nos gustó mucho la ubicación y el jardín de la propiedad donde pudimos almorzar, tomar el sol y salir a nadar al lago. Justo a la par hay un par de hostales con restaurante para poder salir a comer o de fiesta. Además está cerca del muelle principal y pueblo, pero alejado del bullicio del centro. Gabrielle nos atendió muy bien, super amable y atenta a nuestras necesidades. Recomiendo sus alojamientos.

Very beautiful place with a beautiful view of the lake! Its a very cozy place and looks just like the pictures. The host was always responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner . I definitely recommend we had no issues at all!

this little place was truly a delight and just as described. I will say the hot water is finicky, but as was mentioned it's technically not listed as an amenity due to potential power issues. And the roosters and stray dogs barking through the night came to be a hindrance to good sleep. But those aside, it's a lovely stay and I would certainly come back!

This place has to be by far my most favorite spot I’ve traveled to out of over seven countries. The pictures truly do not do the Airbnb justice or reviews. The whole estate is beautiful with amazing greenery and animals, such as birds guard dogs in a gated area. The hot tub was amazing, and the location was perfect to get between the towns. You are in a gated Airbnb if safety is a concern for you and Alfonso the housekeeper is always tentative and responsive for any given need. The house was very clean as well and came with water provided. If I can rate this Airbnb over at 10, I would.

The place has an amazing view—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The check-in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly without any delays. The only regret we had with my family was not staying there for longer. Omar and his helper were amazing at helping us get anything we needed. The apartment was so beautiful, the view was amazing as well. It is a great place to relax and have fun at the same time. The only thing that we had a problem with and it is NOT the host’s fault was that we didn’t have power until like 7pm and I believe the whole town didn’t have power either. But it was a great time overall. we only stayed one night and we already think that one WEEK won’t be enough to be there either!!! They helped us find a reasonable boat ride that even included a tour at San Juan La Laguna that was so fun! I cannot wait to go back to this place.
