The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

Featuring an outside Living room, Dining area - the garden is a National Wildlife Urban Sanctuary – great bird watching venue. Indoors you will find a studio featuring a Kitchen, Dinning /Work area. The sleeping area has a comfortable bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, living area . The space has been created, furnished and equipped for your special experience.

King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

This attached guest suite is simply appointed, bright, and clean. We’re in a small, quiet neighborhood tucked just out of the way - just under two miles from the historic Marietta square. Bedroom with attached bathroom (shower) are at the back. Through double French doors is a living room and full kitchen with the basics provided. Private entrance to the front leads to the carport. We look forward to welcoming you as our neighbor - if only for a night or two!
