Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Tho tiny in size it boasts of two bedrooms, a full bath, dining room and kitchen complete with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig and washer and dryer. We have called it "the cracker box" for years... and continue to do so... smoking and pets are prohibited. A weekly Friday morning cleaning is part of the monthly booking package.

This cozy little house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but is close to everything! Downtown Lansing, the airport, MSU, shopping centers and lots of restaurants are only a couple minutes away.
