The accommodation is centrally located with walking distance to both the train station and the city center. Cycling distance to the sea. Transportation to and from the accommodation in connection with arrival/check-out can in most cases be arranged at no cost. Huge garden, trampolines and, swings, soccer goals and other nice things for kids. Crib, high chair and toys are arranged if needed.

The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

The house is situated between the forest and the fields close to the animals of the forest, the birds' song and the total silence. The plot is a large natural plot and there are many bicycle paths in the area. By car It takes about 15 minutes to Vallåsen bicycle facility with fine downhill tracks, 20 minutes to Laholms city center. Nearby are beautiful lakes for recreation, and fishing.
