Newly built house close to the sea

Have fun with the family at this stylish place, completed in the spring of 2023. From the property you will see magically beautiful sunsets. Beach minutes away and is only reached through a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds as well as a smaller one with an 80-bed one that could easily be pulled out to a 160-bed. Fully equipped modern kitchen with lights and nice dining area. The home is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Partially newly renovated apartment in villa in quiet area. A few minutes walk from the beach and hiking trails. Private entrance, patio and private part of garden. 10 minutes walk from the railway station and buses to the city center which is 3 km away. 200 meters from Kattegattleden for bike. The apartment is 40 sqm and has a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide and there is a single extra bed in separate room. Här är stugan som har ett gammalt svenskt stuk på utsidan men är fräsch och modern på insidan. Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.

Bath room with shower is on the first floor. Within 5km there is two lakes with beach, 15 min. drive to the sand beaches in Lahoms bay, close to forrests and naturparks. Approx 30 min. drive to Vallåsens skiing resort on Hallandsåsen. A travell bed for babies is avalible.
