We had a lovely stay at Jose's home on our last day in Patagonia. We primarily picked this location to be close to the airport (roughly a 10 minute drive) to make it easier departing from our vacation. The home was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of room to spread out and decompress after 2 weeks of traveling around Patagonia. The location was quiet, had lovely views, and felt so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a great meal on our last night. We did have have a rental car which made getting to downtown Punta Arenas easy. If you are looking to get to grocery stores or go downtown to eat out just make sure you plan for transportation as this home is closer to the airport than the downtown area. Jose was an excellent host. He provided excellent instruction that made our check in so easy. He made sure to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. He was also flexible and let us check in early. Amazing stay - would recommend

I was in Angelica's apartment for a month. The apartment is not large, but it has everything and is comfortable. Well lit, which is something I always look for. Located near supermarkets, pharmacies and other useful places. Angelica is very friendly and was always attentive to any requests from me. The goal of being in Punta Arenas was work, and living in a place of my complete liking contributed to the success of that work and stay. I would definitely go back to Angelica's apartment in the future.

This place is perfect. It is well located in a cute and quiet neighborhood, you can walk to the entire center and it is safe. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need to feel at home. Small details like tea, extra bed linen, good hairdryer, clothes iron etc. Heating works great. The host was always attentive and very accommodating. Bonus track to the autonomous check-in and out process, I would come back happily.
