Luciano's apartment is impeccable. Everything new and tidy, comfortable beds? Clean linens and towels. The property is tastefully decorated, with every corner of the wall featuring a detail. The apartment is very well located, it is on a main street, close to a church, supermarket, bakery, and the São João village. Luciano is very kind, he welcomed us in person and made us feel right at home!

The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to requests! The apartment is very clean! To get to the people's park by car, it is too far to walk. The place is very deserted at night and on weekends. There is no market, restaurant, pharmacy, or snack bar nearby on weekends. There's a lot of noise around!

Super cozy, my family and I felt at home. Super-equipped rooms and the bathroom even had hotel soap and shampoo, very thoughtful! The outside is also super pleasant, ventilated and well located in the city, great experience!

Excellent space, very clean, had everything we needed. I was worried because there was no air conditioning in any room, but I confess that I was surprised, I did not need a fan at any time😱, because the ventilation was natural. Very satisfied. I recommend it and would come back 👍

We were surprised by the excellent location. We traveled to watch the São João shows in the people's park and we were able to do everything on foot. The house is located two streets from the main access entrances. Bakeries, market and restaurants nearby. João was also very helpful and recommended other places and attractions in the city. The house has all the utensils for any occasion, and it was very clean and well-maintained.

I went with my family to rest on the Easter holiday and we loved the accommodation! The space was extremely clean, quiet, surrounded by nature and corresponded exactly to the listing. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is very nice. Barreto and his wife are very caring and welcoming hosts. They welcomed us very well and pampered us. The house is very charming and for those who like nature, the space around it is very rich in all kinds of plants and fruit trees.

It was quiet and with great practicality. The village had everything in the house, which allowed us to make breakfast and dinner. Extremely comfortable accommodations, as well as being close to the people's park, allowing us to walk to the event, where we had schedules all day. This allowed us to participate more in the schedules and save with parking, since we had a garage in the house. Everything is close by, supermarket, restaurant. It is well worth it.
