Great value. Like the description, a simple apt... Next to a bakery, warm and tasty bread. The only thing left to be desired is the staircase, and the garage that is well inclined, we prefer to leave the car out. Joseilma always responds fast. E Socorro, the person who cleanses, very attentive and helpful, apt was very clean when we arrived. We will return yes, a next chance!!

The apartment is on the ground floor. Sandra is very friendly and welcomed us personally. Everything was very organized and clean. The apartment is cozy. Only two things to point out... there is no shower stall in the bathroom, which means that after the shower we have to dry the entire bathroom. And I advise you to change the pillows, because they are very uncomfortable, even my husband who sleeps like a rock, had difficulty sleeping and ended up taking the pillow from the couch lol. But I believe these are easy things to solve and that's why I recommend Sandra's place. Ah... it's only a 7-minute drive from downtown.

The stay was sufficient for the purpose. There is a bakery next to the building and nearby places to eat, such as pizzeria and pastry shop. Happy.

All well as agreed, the accommodation, is well located in front of the people's courtyard, close to the old dam. One detail is that the name Emporio is not visible and the gps says q is left and is actually the right. All quietly met our expectation. We will go again

Very well structured apartment, with: covered garage, kitchen( with stove, cutlery and minibar), a bedroom with a double bed and another space with 4 single beds. The owner was very attentive and served us very well!
