Wow, what a stunning home with beautiful furnishings. We feel truly blessed that you have allowed us access to your fabulous home for the week. This is the very first time we have used Airbnb and what a fabulous way to start. We really wish we didn't have to head home. Huge thank you to Christine also for being such a warm and friendly host. Lovely tour round to let us know how to work appliances, where to find essentials and the guide book available. This was the perfect location for us as we could easily access Paris Centre, Disneyland Paris and the local area by car. Fabulous bakery, supermarkets and bistro cafe restaurants that are also within walking distance. The house was beautifully furnished and provided all essentials, soaps, dish washer tablets, toilet roll, towels, bed linen etc. We would highly recommend staying at this stunning property. Loved our stay! The owners are really great: 10/10. Very available, attentive to our needs, and very kind. The house is super spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the place is really nice and quiet, perfect for resting. Everything came together for a great time. Our 10-day stay at Emilie's house was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and my dog had a great time in the house and garden for home office work, playing and chilling. While I immediately felt at home after long working days. It takes a little more than 1 hour to get to the center by public transport. The area is quiet, Emilie has made a great effort to make our stay uncomplicated. We would come back anytime!

Isabelle was an excellent host, always responding quickly and was very friendly. The house had everything it described and had lots of toys for kids. I recommend it to those who want to combine Paris and Disneyland

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.

The location is perfect if you're going to Disney. In our case, we called an Uber because it was close and we didn't have to depend on the bus schedules. The house has all the amenities in case you want to cook, if you go with children it is very good because it also has a crib. Sophie was always attentive to everything, she gave us recommendations in the area and you can walk to the shopping mall where there are restaurants and shops. On the last day our check-out was at 11:00 and Sophie was very generous in letting us stay longer until it was time to go to the airport. A total success, we would be happy to repeat.

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

Staying at Emmanuel's place was great!! It was in a convenient place, close to public transportation, and had a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. Emmanuel was incredibly responsive and was super helpful during our brief stay in Paris. The only note is that Emmanuel's place is up quite a few stairs, which wasn't a problem for me or my traveling buddy, but if you struggle with climbing up stairs, or lifting things (like a heavy suitcase ;) up stairs), I'd keep that in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay at Emmanuel's place, and would love to go back again someday in the future!

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

View of the countryside on one side, sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and came back fitter thanks to Montmartre with the numerous stairs.

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and exteriors are impeccable. We had a lovely evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

All the occupants were more than delighted, each with their own space while being close to the others, a common room large and friendly enough. a very quiet and secure residence. This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

I can't express our joy when we arrive at the villa's gate. Words aren't enough. All I can tell you is that you won't regret making this reservation. Everything is great 👍 Flexible check-in, Audrey offered us to arrive before the time. Impeccable cleanliness, inside and out Very cozy, comfortable and clean bedding. The huge garden, well equipped with all the games described, my family group loved playing volleyball and basketball... The jakozzi was the best, a luxury and a relaxing moment for adults and a moment of play and sharing for the little ones The extraordinary living space, well furnished and equipped with everything you need For meal times, outside and inside we shared good times around a large table yet we were 15 people In short, I highly recommend this villa which is Audrey's family cocoon, who takes care of our happiness.

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well arranged. Outside, children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before our arrival and during the stay. We had a great weekend.
