Very comfortable apartment. Great location, a short walk from everything. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. Great place near the beach and main strip of restaurants and night market

We returned after a year and as expected we had a great time. Antonio and his wife are great people, they make you feel at home. The location is also excellent, especially for those who want to travel by train. Perfect value for money...try it and see.

A great little place by the sea and Davide was an excellent host and ensured everything went smoothly, a very enjoyable stay!

We had a short but very nice stay at Nadia’s place. It was very easy to communicate with her. The place was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back if we are in Ladispoli again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

My mom and I loved it so much, Gianfranco is available and very kind, very easy-going. The accommodation is wonderful (I would live there!!) and super clean. We'll definitely be back!

Good treatment and the house is beautiful

Daniela is the greatest host! Really! The apartment is wonderful and left me with a WOW effect. Very nice and modernly furnished, no hovel! Everything is very great and professionally renovated - and most importantly: Daniela attaches great importance to hygiene and cleanliness. The bathroom was very clean - as was the floor. No dust or anything. Upon arrival, I met Daniela in person. Very emphatic, friendly, helpful and professional - just as you imagine it. The apartment has all the equipment your heart desires. Daniela thinks of her customers and stores coffee, water, spreads such as Nutella, etc. for the customers free of charge - just great. Great praise from my side. I highly recommend it 👍

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

Cozy, clean, and modern. The apartment is compact but complete with everything. Very comfortable bed, comfortable sofa bed in the sitting area and for sleeping. A small note: a person taller than 180 cm might be uncomfortable sleeping on the sofa (I'm under 176 and I was fine). Location is optimal and strategic. The hosts are exceptional, very kind, courteous and helpful. For our little family, it will be a new point of reference.

The apartment was easy to access, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made my stay extremely comfortable. The host was welcoming and took the time to show me around the property, as well as recommend excellent local restaurants and shops. With a bus stop located less than a minute away, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly choose to stay here again on future visits to Rome.

Grazie mile. It was a very beautiful Apartment and very clean. The train station is very close and it takes you only 20 minutes to travel to Rom. Jessica is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come again.

The apartment is very well distributed and is easily and quickly accessed from both entrances. The large garden is also great as parking. We used the gas stove until January - it worked great and was reliable. Comfortable apartment, we will gladly return thisyear.

A wonderful and peaceful stay, very close to the airport but quiet and calm to recharge after a long trip. Catia's husband was incredibly kind to help us and took us to a nearby store to stock up for the night. We loved the apartment and hope to come back soon.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!!
