The Wood's House between Umbria and Tuscany

The house is surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and a 1,000 m² garden. The house is equipped with 2 rooms mezzanine ( the ceilings are high about 5 meters ) and was restored preserving the characteristic local stone . Within a radius of about 25-30 km you will find: Citta' della Pieve, Orvieto, Cetona, San Casciano de' Bagni and many more ... In an hour by car you can reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, in addition to Val D'Orcia and Val di Chiana.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near all the necessary services (supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, banks, public transport, hospital) and within minutes you can reach the historic center.

The lake-view apartment, in the historic center, has a separate entrance. It is 30 meters from the lakeside promenade. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Comfortable and cozy Suitable for relaxing weekends. You can walk to the beach and take a boat ride, in the immediate vicinity there are bars, groceries, and restaurants. The house is equipped with every service, kitchen and linen, including heating and air conditioning.

Cottage surrounded by nature

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

La Finestra di fronte is a small and charming apartment, recently renovated, which is located in the heart of the historic center of Orvieto. Very bright and cozy, it has private and independent access to one of the most typical and beautiful squares of the cliff! We're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces before you check in. Enjoy your stay!

Rock suite with hot tub

Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend and close to nature. From June, the tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per day will be paid at the property for a maximum of 4 days
