We felt at home from the beginning. There is a very pleasant atmosphere in the apartment. Nicely tidy, the most important things available, great. Franz and his family make a lot of effort, that's all true. We were very satisfied, I highly recommend it.

Fantastic accommodation, the kitchen is well equipped. Location very quiet, but accessible only by car.

The place was as described. The host was always responsive. Well-equipped kitchen. Suitable for skiers as Nassfeld is very close. I definitely recommend a place to stay.

We recently stayed at Barbara’s bnb and couldn’t have been happier about it. The space was as in the photos and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the living room window, truly stunning to look at. The area is peaceful and quiet and there are plenty of supermarket nearby. Communication with the host was flawless; Barbara was always clear, responsive, and punctual, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d recommend it for sure!
