Enjoy the beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez and the Island Cerralvo. This home is central to La Ventana and you are able to walk to the beach, to the market and to many restaurants near by. The pool and hot tub have undergone major repairs, completed in April 2024, and are back in service in perfect condition. World class wind sports, trails for mountain biking and hiking, great, affordable restaurants.
