Monthly Rentals in La Trinidad

Wanted to gatekeep this place, but it deserves the love! We specifically chose La Trinidad for a quieter stay away from Baguio’s noise — and we definitely picked the right spot. The place is clean, modern, and peaceful. Bathroom was spotless, heater and water pressure were great. There’s no TV, but that didn’t matter since we just needed a comfortable place to sleep. Wi-Fi was fast (my partner even worked on his PC). Beddings smelled amazing and were super comfy. They kindly let us check in early so we could shower before heading back — booked last minute too! “Uncle” helped us with parking and was very welcoming. I don’t think there were toiletries (or I missed them), but we had our own — and there’s a convenience store next door. Lots of food spots nearby too. This place is ideal if you have a vehicle since it’s a bit of a drive into Baguio, but there are plenty of jeeps along the main road just a few meters away. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very accommodating—Mam Gian responds quickly and decisively, which made communication smooth and easy. Nanay Cora is very welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself is squeaky clean and feels very homey. The mattress and linens were fresh and spotless, and the overall upkeep of the house was excellent. The water pressure is strong, and the heater works perfectly—great for winding down after a long day. The location is also a plus! It’s in a quiet subdivision, ideal for restful nights. Transportation is accessible, especially with GrabTaxi, and roadside parking was never a problem as the area isn’t busy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable place to stay with kind and responsive hosts. It’s our go-to place whenever my parents wish to come to Baguio ❤️

Madam Chantal is a truly kind and hospitable host. Although I had to cancel the stay early due to personal matters, she went above and beyond to ensure that the person I booked the cottage for was comfortable - installing a washing machine, providing a new fridge, and making sure the space was clean and cozy. She was also incredibly responsive and compassionate throughout our communication. I’m grateful for her understanding and warmth, and I hope to stay at her place personally someday under better circumstances.

Worth the price
