Its location allows you to enjoy the nearby tourist sites: Marais Poitevin, Iles de Ré, Oléron, La Tranche sur Mer, La Rochelle, Fontenay le Comte. Hiking or cycling the countryside will also be a possibility during your stay. The "Vendée Vélo" track no. 25 passes in front of the house, you can reach the "Velodyssée" The house is connected to fiber optic internet.

In the Poitevin marsh, 10 minutes from the A83 highway and 15 minutes from the center of Fontenay-le-Conte. 45 minutes from Puy du Fou, the Vendée coast or La Rochelle. Ideally located close to Mervent Zoo and multiple cultural and leisure activities. You will find in our cottage all the comforts you need; with equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, stove)... In the 2 bedrooms, you will find a king size bed and a shower room with toilet.
