The accommodation was excellent, there were 5 of us and we found it very comfortable. The area is very quiet and the scenery is beautiful. It is fully equipped with everything you need and Alejandro was very attentive and clear with all his instructions. We'll probably be back in the future!

The stay at Ale's apartment was excellent. She was flexible at both check in and out. Ricardo received us personally at the appointed time. The apartment was clean and organized. I found the bed a little deep, but it did not harm the sleep. The pillows, linen and towels are of good quality and were clean. The bathroom is good with a good shower too. The location is perfect, with several bars, restaurants, fast foods, pharmacies... near. Metro station, currency exchange, Costanera Mall, all close by. We did all walking or subway tours. Underneath the building has a wonderful cafeteria! I recommend the Ale apartment and intend to return soon.

We want to put on record how special our stay here in Santiago was — and much of it is due to this cozy and well-located apartment. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Everything was organized very carefully, and it was a pleasure to enjoy this space during our days in the city. The location is also perfect! Close to everything, it made our tours much easier and allowed us to get to know the vibrant life of Santiago better.
