Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Very good location, central, restaurants a few steps away, if you like the party, you have the bars just nearby, the accommodation is just like the description and the photos. Bella is always attentive to what was needed and in constant communion.

It was a pleasant experience, a lot of privacy and the fact that it is only adults makes the accommodation more pleasant as there is almost no noise, the neighborhood is very safe.

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

Paloma and Juan were super communicative and friendly! The space was as described, very walkable from city center with great options nearby for coffee/breakfast, dinner, etc. the beach was a 5 minute walk away. Juan responded immediately when I messaged him with a question the first day. The rooftop pool was lovely, the space was clean, and we were very happy with our stay!

As a single woman traveler, just coming in for a few days, wanting to get to know the area, this studio was sweet, Marisol was warm and responsive, and it was located near all the quaint wonderful restaurants in the area. At night it was quiet. I felt very safe. The apartment is simple, no frills and on the second floor (walk up). I would definitely return.

Great location, it's the same as the photos shared, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! At the reception they treated us quite well We will definitely be back!!!

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

When we 1st arrived our impression!! Wow! Beautiful landscape and 2 pools! Owner lives on the top section of home and there’s other units on front side were you enter that are more like a suite unit 2 beautiful pools and beautiful few like being on a mountain top looking down onto the town of Sayulita. Our unit was a 3 bedroom bungalow it was nice with beautiful view but a little dated with kitchen items. We had some hippcups with water but Suzanne did her best to manage the best she could. We ended up eating out every day but restaurants were tasty. We would definitely return we felt very safe there and view is amazing. Suzanne was very sweet and accommodating. If you want total privacy this is not for you. Staff is always there if you need something. Thank you for having us!😘

I had a great trip to Puerto Vallerta and Luna's Airbnb was fantastic! You can walk to Playa Del Oro beach which I did each day but is also close to things like Malecón and Zona Romantica. I learned how to take the bus for 10 pesos but you can also use Didi or Uber. The apartment is very central but surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There are some restaurants closeby as well. Great place to stay in Puerto Vallerta, I would go back. Luna also has a coffeehouse + bar (and pizza) nearby. It's awesome!!

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

Thank you for everything! The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. They have it spotless and well maintained, with everything you need. Miguel was always attentive to the chat and responded quickly. Vero is the most. Pending everything, keep everything clean. Towels always smelled clean. The building is very nice, with lots of pools, restaurants, and bars. The beautiful beach.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from Soriana, which is very convenient, it is 15 minutes from the beach, and the place is very quiet and safe, The photos match the place, everything is very nice and very clean, we arrived a little early and we were able to enter without any problems, Vania was very kind :) it is also a 10-minute walk from the airport, that's great!

We loved the place, very nice, clean, safe, a very good location a few minutes from many local attractions, in addition Juan Ramón was always attentive and available, both for questions about the Airbnb and for local recommendations. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again

Nice apartment, it has everything for a pleasant stay. Regarding the pool, we couldn't use it much because we noticed the water was a little cloudy (green) and with a lot of algae. Maybe a little more cleaning would be perfect. Everything else was great, everything to be comfortable inside the apartment. We brought a car, so you have to look for parking because they don't have any, but it's not a big deal. We did well with the host. There are more apartments and rooms on the property. It is preferable that guests store their belongings so that they are not confused with items loaned by the host.
