Hotel vacation rentals in La Peñita de Jaltemba

We were very pleased with the personal service that Bryan provided. We wee very angry with the timeshare presenters. They wee dishonest and did not provide what was promised. Example: 0ne hour presentation, tour of the property, ride on gondola and Crater show. They were given ample opportunity to correct their oversight. They also requested that we tip the waiters for the “free breakfast”. We noticed that this was a common practice. At other tables, the presenters would tell their guests they left their wallets in the office. They are very skilled and well trained. They could give a graduate class in timeshare sales techniques.

This was such a cozy pretty charming Mexican space. The property was very nice and well cared for. Rooms spaced out nicely all around the massive pool. The upstairs room was also large and clean with a beautiful bathroom. This is very indoor/outdoor living with an open air “window” and open air shower. Our only complaint was the location in La Cruz is very noisy at night. You can hear live music from nearby parties/bars and road/traffic noise throughout the night. Bring your own shower products because they only provided shampoo and bar soap.

We really enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit.

This was a good location to avoid the noise of town at night, however there was a little bit of construction noise as per the description of the property. It was a walk up a hill back from town but definitely easy to walk to and from town. The view from the pool was definitely the best part, epic sunset spot and pool was nice and cool

I stayed 3 nights and wish it was longer. I just loved the Hotel! It had paddle boards, kayaks and surfboards along with beach towels and chairs. The roof top was amazing! Just breathtaking! There is yoga offered on the rooftop on Saturdays which was perfect! The beach access put you on the beach where you could walk for miles, which we did!! There’s also a small private area on the beach for hotel members if that is your preference. The beds were comfortable and there’s outside seating area for each studio. The hosts set the vibe of the hotel, which friendly and down to earth. I would come back in heartbeat!

Pablo and Priscilla were incredible hosts! The space they have created is stunning and the vibe was just what we were looking for. The shared kitchen had everything and more and the rooms were very clean, despite being in the jungle! The pool, yoga studio and outdoor seating were serene. Highly recommend if you are able to walk long distances and up an incline as it is up higher from the town but worth it! We will return!

Excellent place to stay, very clean, Reginald was very helpful and nice. The pool area is very clean and comfortable, and the beach is very close, and secluded, which was a very good thing, it was almost a private beach.

I had a wonderful stay here. It was clean and private and the hosts at check in were very kind and helpful. The location is ideal, as it is near many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach.

A very pleasant and nice place from the moment you enter! The room was very clean, equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Its common areas and amenities are very nice, I highly recommend it and 15 minutes away there is access to a public beach and 10 minutes away from an oxxo

I loved staying here, Brian is an amazing host, very friendly and provides the best service to his guests. Always super attentive and very helpful. Thank you for your attention and hospitality! The place is very nice, the room is perfect and very comfortable. It's quiet and close to everything. The pool was my favorite part, watching the sunset from there was beautiful! Will definitely be back :)

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne’s place! Casa Hawaiian is a stand alone building on the Casa Kukana property so it feels very private and yet you have access to the gorgeous pool and grounds (and most importantly the 3 friendly Great Danes who occasionally wander through!). We barely saw a soul the whole time so it felt like we had the whole property to ourselves. The casita is super comfortable with a great king size bed, A/C in the bedroom, a clean and spacious bathroom and a modern kitchen/ living area. We used Suzanne’s suggested taxi driver Miguel to pick us up by the PV airport and stopped at La Comer for groceries on the way to Sayulita which made for a very seamless experience. We opted not to rent a golf cart because I’m an insane New Yorker who likes to walk everywhere but if you’re less into walking in general you’ll want to rent a cart/ ATV to navigate the hills and town. Highly recommend a stay with Suzanne, Summer and Taylor!

Very comfortable house, nearby place to buy food, the pool is very accessible and clean. Wide house for those of us who were there, Jack owner, and Alex his neighbor very attentive to what we occupied

Norma was wonderful and super helpful with making last minute accommodations. Our trip would not have been the same without her, and the property was stunning! Clean, quiet and the views 🤩 would definitely recommend! Perfect location. Cant wait to go back.
