Well-located, simple and clean space, where you can rest or get around the city, as it is located one block from the new Hospital of the ISSSTE del Conchalito. You can distract yourself with the nearby beach, go to the cinema and shopping in the square and, if you like to walk, in a few minutes you will be enjoying our beautiful boardwalk. Likewise, it is close to the World University, CREE and the CIBNOR, as well as 3 blocks from the place to take transportation to the center.

The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

La excelente ubicación y la tranquilidad del lugar te va a encantar.

The medium-sized room includes a 50-inch TV and WiFi access, ideal for remote working or enjoying your series and movies. Our Mexican style house has 3 bedrooms on the second floor, each with private bathroom and a pool to enjoy a margarita. Our house is 1.5 km from the famous Malecon in a central and quiet neighborhood where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. On the second floor, it has a studio where we stay during our guests' stays. It is a shared house with us, but we will give you the greatest privacy and priority of spaces.
