La zona compartida se encuentra enmarcada en un espacio ajardinado donde se ubica la piscina, recientemente reformada. Desde su gran terraza privada puede tener unas maravillosas vistas hacia el mar y las montañas. Bien conectado para conocer el norte de Tenerife, y el Parque Nacional del Teide. A 10-15 minutos en coche a la zona de costa.

The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. Discover a tranquil retreat surrounded by banana plantations in the serene north of the island. Our estate offers two independent houses with spectacular views of the volcano and ocean. The main house accommodates up to 5 guests, while the guest house hosts up to 4. Both are decorated with unique artworks by my grandparents, artists and sculptors. Enjoy the spacious garden, barbecue area, and convenient parking for 3 vehicles. Perfect for a relaxing escape in nature.

La Alpispa is a 5-minute walk from the town's main square.
