On an enclosed and wooded plot of 3600 m², this underground studio with an area of 40 m² is refurbished. Exposed northwestern, It is light and sunny. Ideally located in the countryside and 15 minutes from the sea, you can fully enjoy these two assets. Pets are allowed (we own a dog, a cat and a pony). A pool is located partly front of the grounds, so children will be placed under the supervision of parents.
