In the city center of Beaupréau, 10 minutes from the entrance to Cholet, 35 minutes from the entrance to Nantes, 45 minutes from Angers, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 1 hour 20 minutes from the Ocean. There are 2 bedrooms to choose from out of the 5, (for 5 beds max + 1 baby) a recreation room/kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet.

A door allows you to go directly from the kitchen/living room to the bedroom. Electrical heating. Direct access via the outside staircase with terrace and corridor. Outdoor staircase to access the floor, (not suitable for people with difficulty climbing stairs.) Please bring sheets.

Large bedroom upstairs in mezzanine (double bed 140x190 with bathroom and toilet closed. Shared access through the owner's garden, garden table and parking.

Totally independent, the 25 m2 bedroom offers a shower room, separate toilet. We have created a small cozy but rustic nest for you, with a little Moroccan and country spirit. Soizic makes her own bread, yogurts, jams and compotes. Breakfast is served in the room or in the garden on sunny days. We also welcome our equine friends, paddock with shelters or fields.
