Located on a 17 acre horse ranch with endless views of live oak trees and granite boulders. The Spanish style home has 2 light and bright bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and includes a spacious kitchen, dining room, family room and patio. It is incredibly unique and there's nothing like it. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 930 sf, and the deck area is about 750 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Suite location is walkable distance to your favorite restaurant and shopping mall also close to 215 and 15 freeway. it's only 15mins drive to Perris skydive and Kaiser Permanente hospital, this suite is perfect for date night or baby showers. Main house has full kitchen and laundry if you like to use, maximum hospitality is guaranteed.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. You home away from home is a large attached studio, complete with a kitchenette. This unit is attached to the front of our home with a private entrance. Enjoy our beautiful almost country estate after a day away in San Diego, Los Angeles, the casinos, the beach or the wineries. PETS: We allow one dog under 100 lbs with a per night pet fee. Please add your pet to your reservation prior to arrival so that we may prepare for their stay.

A-Frame in the Clouds

Bailes Farm was chosen 2nd best glamping destination in the U.S. by Hipcamp in 2023. Remote A-Frame off-grid cabin with expansive ocean and mountain views. On a clear day, enjoy an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The A-Frame is located in a former avocado grove that is slowly being re-established with diverse permaculture. Everything is provided for cooking and eating, as well as a hot shower and composting toilet. The bed will be made for you with clean bedding.
