Apartment vacation rentals in La Condesa

This apartment was my home-base for the week, and it was absolutely perfect. I was able to work remote, the apartment was adorable and felt like my own space. The location in the neighborhood was central to everything you could need! Not to mention Rafael was a very accommodating host, and was great with communication. I'll definitely be staying at this apartment when I return to Mexico City.

The hosts were great, quick to respond and helpful. The place is great! You can tell it was well curated and loved for, with comfortable mattress, an authentic MCM Le Corbusier Lounge chair, ample closet space and best of all, functional bidet. The location is great and walkable, within close proximity to all the great bars and restuarants Roma Norte has to offer. Will definitely book this or another place of theirs.

Scarlet’s apartment made it hard to return to “normal life.” A dreamy blend of garden, treehouse, and modern glass box, this space was the perfect home base for our CDMX vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and welcomed. The building has fantastic 24/7 security — always warm, smiling, and ready to help. You enter through a stunning, Asian-inspired courtyard framed by towering brutalist facades, and take a private elevator straight to the apartment. Tucked on a quiet street in Condesa, the apartment is just a short walk to Parque Espana and countless excellent shops, cafés, and restaurants — or a quick, affordable Uber to the busier boutique strips. Inside, the space is spotless, well air-conditioned, and incredibly comfortable. Stay with Scarlet. You won’t regret it.

Unbeatable location--more or less equidistant from Chapultepec Park to the west and the Centro to the east. Great food and quaint streets in the immediate vicinity. The amazing recommendations for food and things to do felt very personal and put things on our radar that Google trip planning did not. Beds were comfortable. There was some noise, mostly from a bar next door, but we always travel with a white noise machine and earplugs because we are super light sleepers, and that totally took care of it. (We slept great!) The apartment generally felt very clean--key surfaces were spick and span. In a few locations (along the floor boards in the bedroom, along the tiling in the bathroom, fans), it would be nice to dust a bit more. This might not bother other people, but I tend to notice these things. In general, we'd definitely stay here again!

Such a wonderful stay and way too short. The hosts were so great, such proactive and helpful communication, I didn't want for anything. They provided such good food suggestions and also a trusted clothing tailor and the address to go see Lucha Libre when I asked. The front desk guards are also so nice and great. In the apartment everything was super clean and comfy cozy. Would stay again for longer. The home is also in a great area between two park, lots of trees and birds. Also, lots of great food options. And thank goodness there's an elevator and it's not a walk up. They let me leave my luggage after checkout to go on a tour. Everything was so smooth. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Our stay at Begoña’s house was everything we hoped it would be based on the photos and the descriptions. It was so comfortable and clean and we felt very safe. Additionally, she recommended a driver for us named Antonio who helped with airport pick ups and drop offs, and he was incredibly kind. We would highly recommend this to small families or couples looking for a fun adventure in CDMX!

Rocio’s place was located perfectly in between all the hotspots of cdmx and even allowed for front door pick for most activities/tours. The rooftop unit that we rented was exactly as described and had enough space for 2 adults to spend a week. Bed was comfy and restroom was clean. The provided standing fan and windows that open and close were sufficient and made our stay comfortable. Would book here again when revisiting cdmx. Great deal

The stay met all our expectations—the place was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. The only hiccup was finding the property, as the listed address initially led us to a nearby dental office. Once we figured it out, everything went great! Very cozy and modern. I especially liked the big window view.

This was literally one of the best Airbnb stays I've ever experienced for the cost. The host laid out very clear instructions on checking in and out with little to no need to communicate. All that was needed for a great vacation was available within the airbnb. The area was prime, with a starbucks and a second coffee shop right outside the building, MANY restaurants and bars walking distance, and tons to do. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Sylvia! As it was our first time in CDMX, we wanted to stay someplace where we could easily get around to explore and Adrian's place in La Condesa near Parque Mexico was perfect. Adrian came to meet me in person to show me how to get into the building and gave me a tour of the apartment, which was comfortable and decorated very well, looking just like the pictures in person. He also offered some recommendations in the area that we did not already have on our list, such as Botanico. Check-out was also breeze. Zero stress or issues. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Gabriela’s place was a wonderful, spacious, airy, light and plant-filled space that we truly enjoyed. The location is superb, a block from the park, supermarket across the street, endless shops and places to eat. It was nice hearing the birds and watching some squirrels visit the balcony. The cons: You can hear a bit of the street noise which quiets down at night. The tub to get into the shower is a bit high and it would help to have a rubber mat. Other than that, the space was great and neighborhood was safe and welcoming.

The place was great and just like the pictures. There is lots to do around there and a lot of late night activities. Even with things staying open late I could not hear anything inside and was not bothered by any noise. The shops downstairs had a sale that lead to finding some interesting artifacts. Anything you may need can be found within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Loved Diego’s place! The design, easy check in, clean and well organised, gorgeous little courtyard to wake up to- absolutely will stay again when back in CDMX. Book here!

Federica's place was even nicer than we anticipated -- quiet and secluded off a small side street, in a small compound with a very friendly 24-hour doorman. Very close to the amazing Chapultepec park, with several cafés and nice restaurants in close walking distance. Everything was easy to coordinate and we didn't have any problems. The private rooftop deck was amazing for lounging in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again!

Carlos was an amazing host! His place was in a great location and check-in and out was so easy. Everything was super clean, tidy, and the amenities were as listed. Great view of the city with the rooftop views! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to explore Mexico City!

Great place with pool,sauna and small gym. Small downside for soundproofing but otherwise great apartment and highly responsive host.

My girlfriend and I loved staying here. The space was comfortable and beautiful, the location was perfect for so many of the things we did on our trip, and the host was extremely communicative whenever we had questions or concerns. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a great stay at Ricardo's place in Polanco! Its location on Avenida Presidente Masaryk meant that it was extremely walkable and close to all of the main restaurants, parks, and shopping in Polanco. The daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise, and the rooftop patio and gym were great additions to the stay. Ricardo was also extremely accommodating when there was some construction noise in my original apartment and was able to move me to a quieter unit the same day.

The host was very kind and responsive! The apartment is awesome with an incredible view. Clean and Comfortable! Extremely safe neighborhood. The location is great with many great little shops and restaurants around! Hope to stay here again

Amazing location, walkable to a lot of great restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Manuel was very responsive and a great host.
