Pleasant studio, new 25 m2 in an old house under renovation. You will have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees (including the Cagire). A large balcony of more than 20 m2 which is included in the rental of the studio with a table and garden furniture. The house includes a plot of 7000m2 that you can enjoy if you wish and which is common to us too, since we live (young retirees) in the house.
