A wonderful stay. The service with the owner is a 10, super attentive, he provides all the facilities and answers all questions immediately. The house exceeds all expectations. And in summer the air conditioning system works perfectly. It also has all the amenities you may need. You can telecommute perfectly from there (it has good Wi-Fi service). And the sunsets from your terrace are enjoyed in a wonderful environment. My husband and I were with my dog to pass the August bridge. The place is a wonderful place to rest and unwind, like an oasis. The new and well-kept facilities. The wonderful pool and beautiful gardens. The bed is extremely comfortable and even if it does not have air conditioning, with the silent fan in the room is more than enough. Great privacy. Wilson, the guardian, a lovely person. To go with a small pet is a paradise for the animals. Everything perfectly fenced. Just keep in mind that there are ducks, rabbits and chickens coming out of their fence. Our dog was chasing them only to shepherd and play with them. Maybe a bigger dog with hunting instinct would be more complicated. By adding something constructive, and in the face of 6 people going, maybe it would take a little more utensils, like cups, kitchen towels, kitchen scissors, coffee spoons, etc. Nothing serious. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Check-in was easy, and you could park nearby. The entrance to the simple house, with good communication from Pilar. As for the house, it was spotless, everything was clean and tidy, and with good general equipment. As for the common areas, there was ping pong, foosball, barbecue, pool... more than we expected frankly. The experience was very pleasant and we will definitely be back if we have the chance. Highly recommended!

Just completed a 3 night stay at Jorge's place. The location of the apartment is central to everything. The apartment was clean and accommodating. Jorge was a very responsive host. Everything was as advertised. The balcony was a very nice addition at the end of the day to sit and enjoy the sunset and cooler evening temperatures. I would highly recommend.

Yliana was an amazing host! She provided us with plenty of helpful information and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Everything we asked for was perfectly organized. We really enjoyed our stay—the apartment is completely new, and everything you need is right in the neighborhood. I can only recommend staying here, it’s definitely worth it!

A charming cottage! The house is cozy, comfortable, with everything we needed to have a great time with friends. We loved the decor, plus everything tidy and clean to the detail, including the pool and the area outside the house. Our stay at Rafael’s apartment was fantastic. Check in was straightforward and communication with Rafael was great. The location is ideal for exploring Madrid and there are lots of places to eat and drink close by. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our favourite part of our stay was the time spent on the roof terrace with the great views over the city. I couldn’t recommend staying here highly enough.

The stay was excellent and the house was ideal for what we wanted. Quiet area to rest and well connected to move around Madrid. Victor was always attentive to see if we needed anything. Everything was great and my rating is very good.

It was great! The cabin is small and cozy. Everything you need to stay without feeling overwhelmed. We were a couple and a dog and the space and utensils etc was perfect. Upon arrival he attended and explained everything Luis (5 stars also for his work) and we had good communication at all times with him and Alberto. Our dog made very good crumbs with his (Drago) and they had a great time. We will repeat without a doubt, we stay eager to use the patio!
