Here you can pick blueberries in the summer, go canoeing, barbecue on the fireplace and swim by the jetty. Good hiking opportunities just outside the cabin. Brufjellhulene, Helleren in Jøssingfjord, Jøssingfjordmuseet, Ruggesteinen, Løtoft, Lundbadet and Sogndalstrand. Shopping opportunities in the small towns of Egersund and Flekkefjord. Motorsenter Norway should be experienced by motor enthusiasts. Preparete ski slopes on Sætra.

There is a short distance to the Mineral Park, go-kart track and only 20 minutes to Evje city center. There is a swimming beach nearby with a floating jetty and diving board. Boat for free use. Good sunny conditions on the property and great views. 10 min to grocery and only 1.5 hours to Kristiansand. 2 hours and 30 minutes to Egersund and 2 hours and 15 minutes to Arendal.
