Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Kyoto

This was the perfect place for our family to stay in Kyoto. Noriko and her son were incredibly gracious hosts. They made check-in and check-out really easy, and we had great communication before and after our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is ideal — in the middle of just about everything you want to do in Kyoto, and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. I think my favorite thing was the cypress ofuro (bathtub) with digital temperature control — pure bliss!

We loved our stay at Playzendo! the location is great - a quiet street in a fun area. We found so many lovely cafes, bars, and restaurants within just a few blocks. Communication with the hosts was so easy, and they were very helpful whenever we needed assistance. I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

The apartment was very nice and located very close to a train station making it very easy to get around Kyoto. Royce was an excellent host and answered very quickly. I would stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here too.

Really beautiful accommodation in Kyoto. Walking distance to a lot of stuff. In a more quiet area of town, but it felt very authentic. The hosts were very lovely and willing to help. I would stay in this area again in the future!

Logement propre et assez spacieux (nous étions 2 adultes), Facile d'accès et nous avons pu déposer nos valises avant l'heure d'arrivée et revenir après car les hôtes travaillent juste en dessous de l'appartement. Le logement est proche d'un arrêt de bus ce qui est pratique

Logement à proximité de plusieurs transports, et de konbini ! L’appartement est pratique et assez grand pour 4 personnes. L’hôte a été très réactive ☺️ Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

We had a good stay at the house. A few minutes walk from the Tofukuji station with convenience store nearby. The staircase inside the house is quite steep and it can be a bit noisy with the train tracks close by, but overall it is a great place at a great location.

The hosts Tatsuro-san was incredibly responsive and helpful, even when I needed help with a delivery! The place is as described, clean, wonderful amenities with sufficient space for my family of 5. Everything was well-explained by Tatsuro-san. It's a pity I could not stay longer as we were returning but I would definitely choose to stay again! The place is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of convenient spots to purchase what you need. It is also within short distance of a train station. The other hosts, Ichiro-san & Eiko-san were also very friendly & hospitable. Sending us off on our last day of check-out with an omiyage too! I look forward to my next trip to Osaka and staying here once again!

Honestly, I only stayed here because I forgot to book in to a capsule hotel in Kyoto…. However I AM SO GLAD I DID! it felt like a living experience in a semi rural Japan. The host is incredible, sweet and hard working, accommodating, thoughtful and responsive. The cost was 2x the amount I paid anywhere else in Japan, the travel is very slightly more inconvenient due to local bus services for the less confidant travelers. But if you want an authentic experience and good links to, Nara, Kyoto, Osaka and you’re ready for adventure, this is perfect. Thankyou 💚

Clear instructions. Little hiccups but it was quickly resolved by the host. Place was as per pictures. Location was quite easy to find. Quiet neighbourhood.

We absolutely loved staying at Tabitabi. Peaceful surroundings, beautiful interiors with a blend of modern and traditional Japanese and just all round a beautiful space. The host was very responsive and friendly. It was a nice way to end our trip.

Beautiful home!! Loved spending my time in Kyoto at Ta’s home. Perfect location with train station, shopping area, and convenience store all close by. Definitely recommend!
