We had a wonderful summer vacation at Tiina and Hannu’s Mökki! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and proactive — offering helpful local tips that really enriched our stay. They made us feel right at home. The house and sauna were perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need. Nestled deep in the forest near a beautiful lake, the setting was absolutely breathtaking — peaceful, private, and the perfect place to unwind. A great place for a family with children to spend a holiday in a cottage. Cooking facilities like at home and in the sauna we got good steam. We roasted sausages on an outdoor fire, so we didn't have to go on a separate firewood trip.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa and everything that goes with it. Great villa, great amenities, the two saunas are outstanding. Everything modern and very clean. The location and the lakefront property are beautiful.

A home perfect for two friends for a disc golf weekend. Good spaces where you could dry things. Comfortable sauna and swimming in the lake. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Hosts were also able to order food, and we ate authentic Italian pasta one night.

We really loved it. Had friends from NYC over and wanted them to have a great mökki experience. Nailed it! It was comfy, it was clean, loved the swimming, the boat, the fishing, the nature. The grocery store was just 15 mins away. Would definitely come again!

We had a great time in Lemi. Teemu's house was a great fit for our family, with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. Teemu was very responsive and helpful, and the provided info package left no questions unanswered.

Nice, well-equipped cottage in a great location. The location at the end of the road was quiet, it was easy to be neat with the dog, but in an unfenced yard. The road to the cottage is a narrow and sometimes bumpy, traditional cottage road. When you go from the house to the dock, there are stairs first, then uneven terrain, and finally a sloping stretch of a narrow dock. The scenery and atmosphere on the spacious riverside pier are absolutely charming, you can enjoy them despite the mosquitoes. The cottage was wonderfully cool in the summer heat, cozy even in the rain. The yard has comfortable shaded areas, such as a covered terrace. The nearest, adjacent neighboring cottage is behind the forest and the other on the other side of the river. The kitchen is very well stocked. Good steam in the sauna. The cottage is very clean. Blackout curtains in the sauna. All in all, a great place, I highly recommend it. I'd love to stay at this listing again.

We had a very peaceful time in this very nice little cottage. Perfect for 2 people. Beautiful view. Absolute calm. Lake easily accessible by a bathing ladder for swimming. Very nice sauna. 20 minutes from 2 supermarkets by pretty unpaved roads in the forest. Thanks Marjack for your explanations.
