Whether you come to the heath for a short weekend or a whole week: We hope that you will feel at home with us. The Burgundy apartment is one of four apartments in our beautiful Villa Muenchbach. It impresses with its floor space of approx. 52 m² and thus offers plenty of space for two people. The large panoramic window and an elevated Chesterfield sofa with an extravagant view of the meadows and fields give the apartment a special touch.

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with a terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 hectare. Surrounded by the unique cottage in the historic rundling of listed buildings and a lot of nature.

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundling village of Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 sqm economic area and spacious tenning area. From there you have a protected view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones is another small stable building and a rear barn.

The apartment is located in a 100-year-old barn of an idyllic village of 26 inhabitants surrounded by (almost) unspoiled nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It's an area without superlatives. Everything is very normal without major attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate about this area. Lots of nature, wide views and little distraction. It is a place where you can come to rest and draw strength.

The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and hardly noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a relaxing place. Lüneburg is about half an hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.
