A simple accommodation for 4-5 people close to natural areas. Suitable for those who want to stay themselves, sleep in comfortable beds and be able to heat some food. The accommodation consists of a sleeping area, kitchen and toilet. The shower is a few rooms away. In the kitchen, there are two stovetops, microwave, fridge and freezer. It is not possible to fry food as there is no fan. In the kitchen there is also a dining table, chairs, sofa bed and TV (only terrestrial channels). In the bedroom there are four comfortable beds. Sheets, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included.

Parking on yard with carport and engine heater. The apartment has two rooms, kitchen and a WC with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room there is the possibility of additional beds for a fee of 500 SEK/bed and night. Possibility to use laundry room.

The cottage was completed in late summer 2024 and is now ready for rental. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a cape by the Lule river. The cottage consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Unikt gårdshus där det går att bara ta det lugnt, strosa runt i den vackra omgivningen eller ta ett dopp i sjön! Här finns sovrum med två sängar och bäddsoffa för två, dusch, toalett, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin! En braskamin för lite kyligare kvällar och ett uterum som förlänger sommarens ljusa kvällar! This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.
