Sampath's place was the perfect starting point for our Sri Lanka trip. The secluded location offered breathtaking views, and everything we needed was taken care of. My family, including my kid and parents, loved it there. The caretakers, were incredibly friendly and great hosts. The food she cooked for us was also really great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Maleesha was a fantastic host. Very responsive and friendly and did everything he could to make our stay easy. The round house is pretty unique! Outside bathroom is very special, and the beds are comfy. Gardens are gorgeous and pool was clean and big. We were lucky enough to see a Asian civet through the gardens, squirrels and a lot of frogs.

Wow! This place is incredible, if you love golf you’ll be in heaven. I’ve never played at a more friendly club ever! The members are so welcoming and we made some awesome friends here that we will keep in touch with. Alan is a great host and did even more than required we feel really privileged to have met such wonderful people. His property is amazing, you won’t be disappointed, along with his care taker and house keeper we felt relaxed, safe and well looked after. Our 10 day stay here will be hard to beat, we can’t wait to come back!

First of all, Indrajith was a very great host! I met his wife and the staff person on the property showed great hospitality! Second, I absolutely loved my stay! It was so peaceful, and I felt right at home in the jungle! The food was delicious! This stay is perfect if you looking for an authentic stay in nature with modern amenities. I could stay here long-term. I told him as soon as he get WiFi so I can get some work done, I may be a full time guest! ☺️ Now I will warn you that the road to get there is not ideal. It is off the beaten path, but so worth it once you make the trip up. We hired a driver with a jeep on the way back which was much more pleasant since we had backpacks and luggage to carry. So I recommend working with the host to book a driver with a jeep to take you up the mountain. Other than that, this is by far the best serene place in the jungle I have experienced in Sri Lanka! We were on vacation in May this year. The accommodation and photos fully correspond to the description, everything is clean and beautiful. We were happy with the vacation and extended it for a few more days. We came specifically to see the villa in order to book it for the summer (2 months), but what a surprise that the ad indicated the entire villa, but in fact it turned out that the rooms are rented separately. If you come with the whole family in 4 bedrooms, the price is very different. This is not indicated on the website! It turns out that this is like a hotel rented by rooms, and accordingly, the rooms should be cleaned every day and the linen should be changed. We were not provided with this service. At my request, our personal belongings were washed for a fee, respectively.
