Villa vacation rentals in Kullavik

This idyllic, traditionally simple house right by the sea was exactly what we were after. All went well and we had excellent time.

We felt at home! Daniel is very friendly, the house is in a very quiet place, with „top of mountain view“ over the Scheren. Very safe and upscale neighborhood. House is not fully built yet but offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed it - also the quick and direct access to the sea.

My family had a great time staying at Isak’s beautiful home. The home was spacious, clean and very well designed. Isak was very impressed with Isak’s responsiveness, often replying within a few mins of reaching out to him. The location is quite good, many things to do within a 10 - 20 min drive from the home. There’s a lot of beautiful hikes in the forest which lead up to beaches were children can play safely and adults can enjoy with a picnic. Great shopping at the outlet in Kungsbacka, and the Ica Maxi. The closer super market Ica kavantum is a bit pricier, but closer and has a great small store selling fresh seafood. Overall a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

Great stay for our family of four! The home was clean and cozy, with plenty to do for the kids and a playground right next door. The sunset over the ocean was absolutely stunning, such a beautiful view. Would definitely stay again!

We had the privilege to come back to the house of Malou after being there a few years earlier. The house has gone through some more changes to make it even more comfortable (such as a very stylish new kitchen with all the appliances you can possibly need) but without losing the warm atmosphere and traditional looks. It’s truly a unique house in the archipel and with its garden full of veggies and flowers, it gives a lot of privacy to relax and enjoy the island life. A week was too short again but we can definitely recommend this house to anybody looking for a relaxing time just worrying about which beach to go for a swim every part of the day. For those who like more action we can recommend island hopping through the archipelago, taking the boat to the city for shopping, beautiful museums and dining, etcetera. But in the end, watching the sun go down on the island is the best part of the day.

Amazing place, in the middle of nature and inspiring architecture

We had a good dialogue well before the holiday. Marcus was quick to respond to messages if there was anything we were wondering about. We got great tips on what we could do during our stay. The house was so nice, with a good and nice patio. We used a bus to Gothenburg during the whole stay and it was a nice travel route and fit far. Fitted fine with free commuter parking next to the bus stop. I would recommend the swimming area at Hovås for those who want to swim.

A great spot for a family to explore Gothenburg and the surrounding area. Easy to get into the city and a lovely garden to enjoy the evenings!

We have had an absolutely fantastic week in Per and Annika's lovely house. A big and elegant house in a very beautiful place. If you book, just enjoy yourself. The house and garden have many zones to play in, so you can both gather or find a hook for yourself. The icing on the cake is, of course, the pool, which was used throughout the day. The garden is undisturbed and it is not noticeable that there are neighbors. Recommend a visit both to Restaurant Pir in Kullavik and Blomstermåla in Särö. The convenience store has very good selection and is up late. We really recommend this house and the communication with Per has been completely smooth.

We had a lovely stay! The house is comfortable with a great layout and our extended family of 8 were able to enjoy our times of togetherness, yet have privacy as well. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool and trampoline. The views of the meadow and the occasional deer were an unexpected bonus. The ocean, cliffs and diving/jumping dock are a close walk away. We would love to return!

Lovely home that has everything you need and more. It is spacious, clean and was perfect for two families on the trip. The location is also great with proximity to the beach and 25 min to Gothenburg by car.

Great House, exactly as described, clean and with every thinkable amenity. Easy and fast communication with host. We are already planning to visit next year.

Our whole family immediately felt at home! Frida offers a beautiful and cozy house in a great location. On one side you felt on the short lift walk as if you were traveling with Ronja robbery daughter in her forest, a great bakery can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, a jump from the archipelago as well in 5 minutes and Gothenburg is super convenient and quickly reached by car. The location unites everything and makes us feel like living in Sweden! We just regret not staying longer! Thanks Frida and family💙

We took a week vacation in Emil's beautiful house as a family (four adults). Tip: Since two of the beds are cribs, I would rather recommend the house for 3-4 adults (plus possibly 2-3 children). The pictures correspond to reality, it was very large, bright, modern, everything you need, great large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, pool and hot tub, washing machine and dryer, smart TV, etc. The neighborhood is very idyllic and quiet, a supermarket and bus stops within walking distance in a few minutes. By bus you are relaxed in Gothenburg for €7 per ride in 30-40 minutes. Communication with Emil was consistently friendly and accommodating. We even found a bottle of Secco as a welcome drink in the fridge:) We felt very comfortable and highly recommend the place!

It's a beautiful place with excellent views. The house has a nice open plan kitchen diner, great for hanging out with friends and family. This connects to the large decked area where the swimming pool is. The pool area sees the sun most of the day, and the pool is very nice indeed. The bedrooms are good size and beds are comfy. Upstairs is large lounge area with a super comfy sofa, big TV and excellent views towards the coast, and a cheeky sauna snuck into a corner. The whole place as a feeling of quality with great design touches. The area is nice and quiet, within walking distance to great coastline with nice places to go for a swim. Tjörn with more beeches and cosy seaside villages are a short drive away. The local area feels quite residential and don't expect a large selection of restaurants within walking distance. The local pizza, burgers, Thai food place was however good so there are local eating options when you can't be bothered to cook. Excellent place, would recommend!

A wonderful property with great hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return again next year.
