Perfect accommodation for the couple who would like to combine big city visits with nature homes. Small guest house of about 20 sqm in quiet residential area. 800 meters to swimming area, 20 km to central Gothenburg. The cottage has a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower, as well as a smaller kitchen with two hot plates and a microwave (with a barbecue function). Patio with afternoon sun and access to a small lawn, where you can also grill. Free parking and the option to charge an electric car. Towels and bed sheets are included.

Relax in this unique and quiet home that straddles the entire Askim fjord all the way to the Tistlen. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the screezes of the seagull for the morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there are no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the knot. Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. Wonderful old farmhouse dating back to the 19th century! Walking distance to the sea and swimming area. Close to nature, park, cafés and stables. It is also close to Gothenburg, about 30 min by bus or 20 min by car. The cottage is very cozy in rural style, but at the same time offers comfortable accommodation with fully-equipped kitchen and bathrooms.
