Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kuhlen-Wendorf

Very nice accommodation close to Lake Dümmer. Has everything you need for a night. Next door there are chickens, sheep and a cat roaming around. The lake is about 10 minutes by bike, the nearest bakery (also open on Sundays!) is 15 minutes away. Thanks for everything!

It was perfect! Nothing that wasn't there, huge secluded property, various seating options, table tennis table, barbecue, pizza oven, go-kart, swing, a super equipped kitchen, plenty of space in the house, darts, billiards, board games, etc. We (two families with a total of 5 children) felt comfortable from the first minute. We'd love to come back :-)

The accommodation has a very nice and quickly heating sauna, which can be used spontaneously and without long planning. In addition, there is a large quiet garden - perfect for reading and resting or for making a campfire. The proximity to Lübeck and Schwerin is great to take a day trip. :) The only drawback is that it gets quite bright in the sleeping area, especially because there is a skylight in the east direction. A way to darken would be desirable here. Otherwise, it should also be mentioned that the surroundings with the lakes are really beautiful and you can also watch (wild)animals there very well. Hosts Scarlett and Robert are also happy to lend you binoculars and give you tips.😊

We came for the third time and as usual we had a very lovely time at the house in the woods. It’s such a magical place, we want to keep on returning to it.

This beautiful location is in the middle of paradise, we had a very nice time and our dog enjoyed the garden & the surroundings very much. Perfect for driving down. The kitchen is super equipped, small details like spices, oil & coffee were also on site. The neighbors there in the village were also all super friendly. Justine was always available and very friendly. Would definitely come back. :)

We spent a great few days in this beautiful house. The children loved to count the numerous snails, discover the dike with the handcart or make bread on a stick in the garden. In the morning, we saw a deer with two fawns up close and were able to observe numerous birds. And Mechthild and her husband were also very nice hosts with whom you could have a chat in the garden from time to time.

We spent 4 wonderful days at Tom's house. It is exactly as described in the pictures and a really great house away from the hustle and bustle. Great view of the garden and the hot tub a real highlight. We felt super comfortable. Absolute recommendation!

Had a great stay! The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, stylish and very well equipped. The location was perfect, everything important was easily accessible. We wanted a short break from city life and that is exactly what we got: picturesque nature in the area, wide fields, a beautiful old estate, where the apartment is located in the back, absolute silence at night, relaxing peace during the day. Henrike is a great and very nice host and the rest of her family is also very nice and helpful. We and our dog felt very much at home. We will be happy to come back!

Gretel and Alexander are unique hosts with a big heart for small and large guests! The house is cozily furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the great garden and the kids had a lot of fun feeding the chickens, on the porch swing and in the paddling pool. We were lovingly provided with eggs, jam and vegetables and received tips from both about the surroundings. We look forward to the next time we can be guests again!

We were there with our 8-month-old son and we had a quiet and relaxing time with him. Exactly what we needed as a newly formed family from the city. The place is very cozy and the scenery there is just super beautiful. Take walks in nature during the day - relax in the garden in the evening. But the trip to Lüneburg was also worthwhile, which is only about 30 minutes away. Thanks so much for everything, Pia and Manuel! I'm sure we'll be back 😊

Anja's apartment is beautifully tastefully furnished with plenty of amenities. The building is very old and is located in the heart of Wismar near a church and quiet. Anja is adorable and gave us some great tips. Recommended.

We really enjoyed the week at Marzena's. The accommodation is very quietly located within walking distance of the lake, where you can also use the rowing boat, e.g. for fishing. We were also allowed to use the garden and bicycles, which we liked very much. Beautiful bike rides and hikes can be started from the property. Marzena always provided us with good tips on excursions and restaurants here and was always responsive. If we were to come back to the area again, we would not hesitate to come back.

Definitely heartfelt recommendation! I put my grandfather up there for a week & he rarely came back from a vacation as happy as from Stephan's. We are absolutely thrilled with the value for money, the location and the unproblematic communication. We highly recommend this accommodation not only here - but also privately. We spent 7 days in the beach house in Haffkrug and had a great time. Everything was as described, sparkling clean and everything you needed was there. From various spices, to the hair dryer, to the water bowl for the four-legged friend - the hosts have thought of everything here without exception. The beach is just 10 minutes' walk away and the promenade invites you to take an evening walk. The communication was also super quick and easy.

Very well equipped house for up to 8 people and very nice rooms in a quiet location. Recommended!

Our stay was wonderful, the house is large enough to retreat, but at the same time has enough space in the kitchen and living room to be together in a larger group. Very tastefully decorated, within walking distance to the beach.

We had a wonderful wellness weekend with the girls in this fantastic house! We were particularly enthusiastic about the beautiful outdoor area, which together with the hot tub created a really relaxed atmosphere. The sauna was also a real highlight. The bedrooms are super nice and cozy, and the whole house is modern and lovingly designed – you immediately feel at home. The short way to the beach is perfect for walks. The only small drawback: Shopping is a little further away. But for that, the great house always compensates! Absolutely recommend, we'll be happy to come back!

The house is a great place to spend a relaxing vacation with many friends or the extended family. The house is so big that you don't even notice that you're there with 12 people. And if everyone comes together for dinner, everyone still finds a place at the huge dining table. The furnishings are extremely stylish. I'll be returning home inspired.

We (12 girls) had a great time at the Neu Gaarz estate! The house is spacious, very clean and simply charming. The surroundings are picturesque and pure nature. The dinner and breakfast were very tasty and all our wishes were implemented and fulfilled. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, everything went off without a hitch. For the bride, it was an unforgettable experience. I'm sure we'll be back.

A very quiet yet centrally located holiday home. We had a very nice stay. The house is very clean and well appointed. Great value.

"It's really a castle!" was the reaction of the travel companions. And that's for sure! Beautiful location, clean, lovely sturdy beds and very spacious (bath) rooms. Plenty of room to sit, play games or get a breath of fresh air outside. The kitchen has a wide range of tableware so that not every person can use a piece. What I personally liked is that every room has the option to open one or more windows. This keeps it nice and fresh on slightly warmer days. In the villages nearby, there is a supermarket and a number of restaurants. Enough supply to pick up your stuff on the spot. Check-in can be done digitally at your own time. Wonderful.
