The location near the valley station in Itter makes it the ideal accommodation for family vacations and offers excellent opportunities for sports activities. This 22.00 m², comfortable and modern equipped vacation home is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) in the tranquil Tyrolean resort of Landl, about 7 minutes by car from the beautiful Thiersee and an hour's drive from Munich. The vacation apartment offers a bedroom-living room area, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

Our cozy double rooms offer a living area of approx. 20 sqm. The room is equipped with a large double bed, a sitting area, a small kitchenette and a modern bathroom (shower and toilet). Each double room has direct access to a private balcony and our garden can also be used. In front of the garden, a small stream ripples and invites you to relax! Please note that only 1 toddler can be accommodated in the crib in the rooms.
