Great apartment. Nice hostess. Everything you need is there. Consumables such as garbage bags, dish soap, and sponges are also there. Many accommodations lack this. We were there for skiing. The ski resort at Schatzberg is right outside the door. The Wilder Kaiser is a 25-minute drive away. We explored both areas and had a lot of fun. We'll be back!

1000 stars for Fini and Gabriel!! It was wonderful with you ☀️ The area, the house, the apartment - a dream! We stayed in June with our two children in the extremely spacious apartment where nothing is missing. Right in Oberau you have the Drachental playground with summer toboggan run and refreshment stop. We also visited the swimming pool, very, very great! A pharmacy and one of the surrounding mountain railways can be found in the neighboring village of Niederau. From the house you can hike a small loop, past various snack stations. The food there is very, very delicious. The service is extremely friendly! From here, we visited the Kaiserwelt in Scheffau, Ellmi's Zauberwelt in Ellmau and the Hexenwasser in Söll in about 20 minutes. We had a wonderful holiday ☀️🥳🥰 Dear Fini, dear Gabriel, We'll be back 😃

We had a great stay with my group of friends and we really enjoyed it. Lot of space for 6 or more with no problem. Everything what we needed was in the kitchen and there is a grill which is lovely. 100% recommend

We (2 families) felt very comfortable. Homeowner lives in an in-law apartment in the basement. He was super helpful and friendly and very eager to give us a nice and pleasant stay. The house is huge and the garden is wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The view is great!!!! In our opinion, having a car on site makes sense. Our excursion destinations (Hexenwasser, Elmis Zauberwelt, and much more) are easy and uncomplicated to reach within 20 minutes by car. We had a great time and can only recommend the place. We will be happy to come back sometime.

We LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for our large group, and Nadine was even flexible with opening up an extra room on the ground floor for my handicapped MIL so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and the gondola was also within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the little outside garden and seating area was so lovely and a very nice little retreat to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint was that we paid a refundable 200 euro cash breakage deposit when we arrived, but were only refunded 125 due to a tax that was not communicated to us prior. Otherwise, we highly highly recommend this home, would absolutely return, and even sent the listing to our friends who live locally to recommend to any of their visitors.

A wonderful stay in a very charming, small cottage! Everything was super clean and lovingly prepared. The hosts were incredibly nice and warm – you immediately felt welcome. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. If you love the countryside, this is the place to be. I will definitely be happy to return!
