Vacation rentals with a patio in Kufstein District

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit Kleinkind dort und es war ganz großartig. Super schöne Wohnung, alles sehr neuwertig, viel Platz zum Spielen und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht: Kinderhochstuhl, Rausfallschutz bei der Stiege zum Bett, Geschirr und Spielzeug für das Kind…. Und auch wir Erwachsenen haben die schöne Ausstattung und die „Kinomöglichkeit“ (Beamer + Leinwand) am Abend sehr genossen. Wirklich alles ganz wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit Alina und Carola war auch super angenehm und unkompliziert. Sollten wir nochmal in der Nähe sein, kommen wir ganz sicher wieder!

excellent accommodation not far from where you need to be. a bus stop 50 m away and another one 150 meters away with a frequent service. Sabrina was always very happy to help an extremely responsive.

het is een prachtige benedenverdieping, schoon en zeer compleet. De omgeving is prachtig en goed bereikbaar. Betty is een prima gastvrouw.

Wir haben uns in der Gästewohnung richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war modern und sehr sauber. Unsere Gastgeberin, Katharina war herzlich, gastfreundlich und unkompliziert. Wir konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen an sie wenden und haben immer eine schnelle Antwort erhalten. Außerdem waren wir von den leckeren Hofprodukten sehr begeistert. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen und idyllischen Gegend. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und alle Gastfreundschaft.

Awesome view from the balcony! Supermarket nearby and a bus stop from where it takes about 15 min to Kufstein and 25 min to Walchsee. Beware of bus timetable though, they finish working pretty early. The location is very quiet, close to hiking trails, and it’s right on a biking path. It’s ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing spot close to nature.

Tolle Wohnung. Nette Gastgeberin. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Auch Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Mülltüten, Spülmittel und Schwämme sind da. Dies lassen viele Unterkünfte vermissen. Wir waren zum Skifahren dort. Das Skigebiet am Schatzberg ist direkt vor der Tür. Zum wilden Kaiser sind es 25 min mit dem Auto. Wir haben beide Gebiete erkundet und hatten sehr viel Spaß. Wir kommen wieder!

We zijn met 3 vrienden verbleven in villa itter voor een shortski. Het voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, het goede weer was de kers op de taart! We arriveerden om 01:00 ‘s nachts, maar de instructies waren zeer duidelijk en we hebben geen problemen ondervonden. We kwamen niets tekort. We overwegen nog meerdere shortski’s hier te plannen!

Wir hatten eine super schönen Aufenthalt. Roswitha und ihr Mann sind unglaublich freundlich. Unter anderem haben sie uns Tipps für Touren gegeben und waren für jede Frage offen. Alles tip top, gerne wieder!

Kirsten ist eine unglaublich nette Gastgeberin. Wir waren mit 8 Personen in ihrem wunderschönen Haus. Viel Platz, sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Vielen Dank.

Vom Check-in bis Check-out hat alles bestens geklappt. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der bei Fragen gut erreichbar ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft, besonders auch aufgrund der guten Lage.

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

auch bei vielen kurzfristige Änderungen sehr hilfsbereit und kein Problem diese umzusetzen. sei es eine spontane Umbuchung des gewünschten Zeitraumes, eine Person mehr und individuelle Wünsche auf mehr "einzel"Schläfer als normal. die Gastgeberin kann ich nur bestens weiter empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage und malerischer Umgebung. Haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Brunos Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wunderschön, vor allem zum Wandern. Die Kommunikation mit Bruno war schnell und einfach.

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

Carola was a great host who welcomed us upon arrival in person & gave us valuable information, including the Gästekarten. The location is easy to access many hikes, BMX trails, lakes & other activities by car, within a 20min radius. The full kitchen allowed us to eat almost all meals at "home". We were two families, totalling 4 adults & 4 children between the ages of 6-10, & had more than enough room. The bathroom (incl. Sauna) is only 1-2 years old. Beds were comfortable. One car fits into the undercover garage, another car could park directly behind that in the driveway. The BBQ areas & outdoor tables (3 options) were ample. The flies were a bit annoying (mid June) but the kids enjoyed hunting them. One of us had a birthday during our stay & Carola shouted us a round of Williams schnapps, & the following day she again surprised with 8 pieces of delicious home made cake. She also provided us with a jar of home made marmalade. I fully recommend this airbnb & thank Carola for hosting!

Can't find a fault. Host was really helpful and helped book taxis. She even offered to take us to the wedding we were attending when the taxi was late. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom was very clean and had everything you needed!

We really enjoyed our stay in Niederndorf. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and the communication with the hosts was excellent.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Alpen Quartier! Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber - wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt! Den schönen Garten konnten wir dank perfektem Wetter täglich geniessen. Vielen Dank auch für die tolle Ausstattung für Kinder und die bereitgestellten Dinge wie Wickelmatte, Babywanne, Hochstuhl, Rutschbahn im Garten usw. Die Wohnung ist für die Erkundung der Zillertals super gelegen und wir können sie sehr empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und angenehmer Host. Bei voller Belegung wir das Sofa im Wohnzimmer zum Bett umgebaut. Dieses ist nicht ganz so bequem wie ein vollwertiges Bett. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet inklusive hochwertiger Elektrogeräte. Ein vollwertiger Backofen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

The place is beautifully located next to a farm and with a fantastic view to wake up to. If you plan to stay at the place, I would recommend going by car as the place is rather remote and it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get to a nearby village. Amenities were great, the kitchen is really well equipped (incl. Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher). One thing to note though, the beds are rather short and the bathroom is small - in case you are tall, you would want to consider this (we are not, so we didn't mind at all). Overall, amazing experience: we stayed at Elisabeth's place in June and the area is wonderful to hike and spend time outdoors. Elisabeth is a responsive and accessible host, she was always around and/or available in case of questions. Would definitely recommend staying at the place if you are planning to visit Tirol!
