A bright studio with a balcony where you can drink coffee overlooking the sea :) New LCD, gated community with security, parking, new renovation, fast WIFI 100 MB, has everything you need. There are 3 temporary shelters in case of air anxiety. - 5 minutes by car to Riviera shopping center. - 25 minutes drive to the city center. - Beach complex with swimming pool "Yacht" - 10 min by car. We would love to host your dog if he (or she) is courteous and will be respectful of housing and furniture :)

A kilometer from the house, there is a shopping mall with supermarkets, boutiques, a cinema, a children's area and food courts. 2 km away from the sea with well-maintained beaches, restaurants, swimming pools and playgrounds. There are two houses on the territory: the main and the guest. The apartment is rented in a guest house on the 2nd floor.
