In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
