A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. In the enchanting Warfendorf Pilsum, about five minutes from the Pilsum lighthouse, is the apartment Kornboden in the Pilsumer farm. The building dates back to 1551 and is considered one of the oldest buildings in Pilsum. Directly in Pilsum there is a restaurant and café, approx. 2 minutes' walk. A small village shop is also located about 2 minutes' walk. Here you can buy rolls and other items. The harbor town of Greetsiel is just under 5 minutes away.

The small, or "Lütje" apartment is located on the 2nd floor, on the south-east side of the house and was only newly furnished in the modern-cozy East Frisian style at the end of 2020. The apartment has a car parking space at the house. To get to the upper floor, you have to climb a steep staircase.
