The house has its own washer, dryer, free wifi and a TV. It also has a boat launch and fishing deck. Our house is located on a canal on the Atchafalaya River, addition to Butte La Rose, LA. We are exactly in between Lafayette and Baton Rouge, equally 30 minutes away from both locations!

We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.

This cozy cottage is nestled along the bank of the Atchafalaya River, a few miles south of interstate 10 and half way between Baton Rouge and Lafayette, La. Drive through your own little private swamp as you enter the property before it opens up to the cottage. The front porch is only steps away from the river. C&G vacation home is in a safe rural location, but a bike or car ride away from everything within the city. It is strictly used for guests . This one bedroom has a queen size bed, one bathroom, and a twin daybed located in the living area with a trundle. The home has a fully equipped kitchen. Complementary snacks and drinks are available for guests. Located next to the freeway (I-10) for easy on/off access.
