Cozy quiet guesthouse near Rotterdam.

Gueststay Emma is nice, quiet, and centrally located near Rotterdam, next to the train station. A beautiful guest house with garden views all around. Private entrance, kitchenette with microwave, oven, coffee (dolce gusto) and tea facilities, large fridge/freezer. Nice shower, large double bed 160x200 cm. The sofa is lovely to relax on. Large desk and a nice dining area. The garden in front of the French doors is suitable for sitting in the sun. The guesthouse is privately owned.

Rural guesthouse, close to Rotterdam

Behind our farmhouse is a separate guest house on our property. The cottage is quite and rural, but central in terms of area. It is complete, for up to 2 people, with privacy and unobstructed views at the back of the cottage on a meadow, where in the summer there are regularly some cows from the neighbors and sometimes some sheep in the winter. Our farm is no longer in function; we only have chickens (who run loose on the property) and there are a few rabbits and post pigeons.

Our modernly furnished stay has a living/bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen. You have a private entrance and it is on the ground floor. All to yourself. It has air conditioning for heating or cooling. A space with a bright and quiet look, great for relaxing. In a quiet neighborhood. Central to Rotterdam, the windmills of Kinderdijk (7 km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13 km) and Gouda (13 km). Also nice by water bus to Rotterdam or Dordrecht.

House built in 1870. Entresol house with living room and open kitchen. The two bedrooms are accessible by a short staircase. Both bedrooms have lovely box-spring beds. A cozy home, at the central point 250 meters from the cozy center with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bus stop. Personal welcome and we are ready for all your questions for a nice stay. Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek & Bloem who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
