Monthly Rentals in Kramat Jati

Me, my wife and my 1.5 year old stayed here for about 3 weeks. Overal great place (not big, but enough for our needs), close to the AEON Mall (only need to go outside and walk 20 meters) where you find all you needs. The place is not listed to support baby/toddler, so we rented a baby crib ourselves. The owner is very kind response and helpful. We had to ask him a couple of times if it was okay to put something, such as the crib, in the apartment. No problems there whatsoever. One thing to note, the place is in the middle of Jakarta, which is a very busy place day and night. So you can hear the traffic during the night. Though we got used to it.

Mathilda's place is so far the best place I have been in my Airbnb history. I felt like home, place is clean, has nice decoration, Disney on TV, pillows are so comfortable, you can tell by little details she takes care of it. Mathilda is very kind and I would 100 % recommend anyone to stay at her place.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location is perfect close to public transport, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again next time^^

Stayed for 3D2N and it was so worth it. Surely will stay here again if I go to Jakarta next time. Thank you Kak Adi and Pidda for being helpful and responsive host.
